What a fantastic sprawling park area this is! Bathrooms are located close to all 3 playground areas. The more popular one was close to Grove 1B and 1C.
Swings, slides and spongy floor, the main playground had swings, slides, climbing structures and a picnic table and bench. The bathrooms were in good shape and even had full containers of hand soap.
Not only do they have 2 other playgrounds (on the smaller size) but they had a huge lake with plenty of ducks and geese. Great walking paths and other amenities include skating rink and level playing fields for people with disabilities.
This summer (2023) Roosevelt Park will be hosting plays in the park and was able to take some photos of the venue. What a great park. Let us know what you think!
