Coming from 495E from the Hoboken/Weehawken exit, make a right on N. marginal highway and then make a left on Baldwin Avenue and then a left on Port Imperial Blvd. You’ll see the park almost immediately on right-hand side by the water amidst the ballfields.Â
There are stairs that lead down to it from the parking lot for one of the ballfields, but there is also a small parking lot right next to it.. There are 2 areas both with spongy floor, one is a toddler play area and the other is a small playground ship that the kids can climb around in. It is a small playground, but it has a nice breeze. Also what is neat about this playground is despite the size, the Light Rail train passes by every few minutes, so if you have a train-lover they get to see and hear the rail road crossing from the playground.. One of my pics, you can see the light rail in the distance. Restroooms are right by the track/ballfield. THANKS BEVERLY FOR THE RECOMMENDATION!!!!
