Happy New Year everyone!
I started this site a little more than 2 years ago, and the thing I wanted the most for me and our readers/fans was places for people to go to get connected, at the time this was through mostly parks/playgrounds. For me my connection to my community began through my site, but flourished through joining a club in town. So I would like to celebrate the clubs that our readers and fans have joined and have made a difference in their life.
Share your club!
Please share with us which club made a difference in your life, by commenting below and I can add the information to our soon-to-be mega map.
Resources for things to do in NJ with kids?
And for the folks that have kept up with NJ events and resources and have their own followings, thanks for all your efforts! I always look forward to your posts and lists 🙂 and wanted to include you in our map too.
Those with umbrella icons cover regions, and I wish I was a computer whiz to display your regions more accurately, but this is as good as it gets.
What will this map contain:
- Moms Clubs and meetup groups that our readers and fans recommend
- Hyperlocal sites that give parents things to do
- Regional sites that give parents things to do
see map below:
The National Links to moms clubs:
International MOMS Club (New Jersey Chapters are on this link)
Mothers & More (link to NJ map)
Is your moms club missing and do you want to include it on the map? Comment below, and we’ll add them!

I am out of ideas…I work full time and commute to NYC, so time during the week is limited, but I have a 20 month old who is CRAVING interaction with other kids….it breaks my heart that I can’t get her in an environment where she can make friends and have activities….ideas / suggestions WELCOME!
Hi Wendy, I posted your comment on our facebook page, http://www.facebook.com/njplaygrounds hoping to get some responses to your request! I’m not in your area, but wish you luck!
