Ringwood Forest Community Playground in Ringwood NJ is a wonderful, completely fenced in playground right behind the Ringwood Public Library. Very clean and neat with newer equipment. 2 big wooden tree houses with 5 slides and lots of climbing features. It is surrounded by woods, but the playground itself gets plenty of sun. Drinking fountain on site, public restrooms in the Library’s building next door. Goldberg famous bagel shop offers a big selection of snacks, treats and drinks, and it is conveniently located within walking distance. The Ringwood Farmers Market is a fun place to visit, with lots of vendors and live music. Make sure you try the fresh lemonade, it’s one of the best I have ever had. Every Saturday from 9 am – 1 pm at the Ringwood Park and Ride, next to the Library.
