Editor’s Note: I used to jog around Weehawken in my 20s, when I was a wee college student long long ago. So glad, Vesta from Humpty Dumpty Parent, shared this playground with our readers and playground moms and dads! This is definitely a busy place in the summer, but you can check it out anytime. Make sure you check out www.humptydumptyparent.com too 🙂

Weehawken Tot Lot is located on 219 Highwood Ave, Weehawken, New Jersey 07086. It is a small park, gated, perfect for little kids. Full shade in the morning. Has sprinklers. Rubber (not sure exactly what it is) ground covering.
How many stars would you give this park on a scale of 1-5? 3 (because of cleanliness)

I’ve been here a few times and all times we get kicked out of the park and I don’t understand why. When asked they just move their head without any other reply and they proceed to LOCK THE GATE.My children that go here are 4-6 years of age. I’ve considered getting a lawyer to sue the city as this is a public space maintained by taxpayers and I feel like there’s some kind of discrimination happening here.
